Samantha Lowry refusal to the vaccines of Sebastian. Against Pavon and the pediatrician.

Samantha Lowry had refuse to give the vaccines to Sebastian, even after the pediatrician said the risk of not doing so, and the minimal risk to give Sebastian his vaccines, even the complications for Sebastian once he will go to school as some would required all vaccines.
This also shows the neglect and lack of care to Sebastian by Samantha, but also the actions that could place in serious risk the health of the baby.
Samantha also refused to take Sebastian to the pediatrician even when Sebastian had two balls in his neck that were growing and bothered him to the touch.
Once in Mexico, a pediatrician checked Sebastian and found that the balls in his neck was due to a serious ear infection already in a serious stage. Also this record is very important since it shows Sebastian had no problems with formula, was not allergic to formula as Samantha Lowry and Andrew Westbrook had claimed.
The last visit to the pediatrician was April 16, 2007, Samantha refuses to take him and refuse for Daniel to take him after that and until Daniel Left to Mexico with Sebastian.
