TRISTAN NIND ARRIVED ON MAY 28, 2007 TO MEXICO CITY, DAY SAMANTHA WAS TO ARRIVE.

Joseph Lowry and Tristan Nind arrived to Mexico on May 28, 2007. Samantha was to arrive on that day, but she did not, she claimed to feel ill and she will arrive later.
Joseph Lowry and Tristan Nind started to immediately also press charges against Daniel in Mexico, they went to Embassies and Police.
What is Important is that Samantha could have come to Mexico and also Tristan or Joseph could have given the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian for them to return.
But not even they ring the door or attempted to reach Daniel, not even told Daniel they were there.
All a conspiracy against Daniel Rights to take his property and assets.
Tristan and Joseph are under Police investigation for false testimonies already proven and several other criminal acts they had committed in Mexico. We are unaware if warrants have been issued.
