

The First Document is Petras Deed (2 pages) a 20 acres property adjoining Commercial property in two sides was purchased by Guadalupe and Raul on or around March 2007.
This deed was not disclosed to the Court Judge in Travis County Court by the Lowry Family or Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm, even when they had possession of all the Personal documents of Daniel Pavon Cuellar.
Raul Pavon was murdered on February 8, 2008.
Samantha Lowry, Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm by Fraud and deception and in violation of a the valid agreement filed in Travis County Court, auctioned the Property on April 1, 2008.
At that time they committed the crime of Fraud in Mexico as well.
The people responsible for this sale, are now facing possible sentences in excess of 10 years in Jail.
The Second Document was filed as Exhibit by Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm and Samantha Lowry in Travis County Court at Final trial August 22, 2007, which further shows, Petras Property was Guadalupe and Raul property and they had paid for it in full. At the dead of Mr Pavon, the property passes to the wife Guadalupe. But these criminal firms auction the property only 22 days after the murder.
