Amy Merritt was a woman which Daniel met in 1988 and dated just for a couple of months, she had claimed she could not get pregnant because a doctor had mess up her inside in another abortion she had, then, all of the sudden she got pregnant.
Since it was in the beginning of the relationship Daniel believed it was from someone else.
At that time they both agree to have the abortion.
Then Amy Merritt attempted suicide by cutting both of her wrists, Daniel left knowing she was having the abortion.
Years later, Daniel received a Child Support notice, DANIEL FOUND HE WAS ADDED AS "FATHER BY DEFAULT". Daniel requested a DNA but Amy Merritt refused; the child was adopted at the age of 7 years old. The child support was to be dismissed.
Years later once again Daniel received another notice, then, Amy once again refuse to the DNA but “Fixed” the problem and Child Support was dismissed.
Then on or around December 2006, Daniel Received once again a child support notice, Samantha Lowry was already Pregnant during this time, the child of Amy Merritt was 17 years old, Daniel had never seen the child or spoken to him.
Daniel contacted Amy, and Daniel demanded a DNA or he will file a suit. Amy finally agreed, but the kid was in Jail at the time. Once he got out of jail, the DNA was made and on or around March 30, 2007 the results of the DNA came positive, one day after the birth of Sebastian, Samantha Lowry found it funny Daniel had two sons in Two Days…
Then, Daniel decided to start a suit against Amy Merritt for have taken his parental rights from him, and have made him believe, by refusing to the DNA all those years, it was not Daniel´s Child, but also, because this woman destroyed the life of his son.

Apparently Samantha Lowry contacted her and they worked in concert against Daniel Pavon, that way, Amy Merritt will not get sued, and Samantha Lowry will profit from her help. The Second Exhibit is a 2000 bench warrant (Bench warrant is to appear in front of a judge) and part of the harassment daniel had by been added as "father by default". This document was one of the many stolen documents stolen by the Lowry Family, but they withheld all the documents like taxes ($18000 for 2006) the suit against Amy Merritt or all the documents and papers police had that showed the neglect and actions of the Lowry Family against Sebastian and Daniel.
