Daniel Pavon Cuellar Bought his homestead in 1997, this documents these firms exhibited goes back until year 2000, therefore at least they knew this house was purchase by Daniel BEFORE the relationship of Daniel Pavon and Samantha Lowry.
This case was handled by Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, Bratton and Bratton Firm. Milner Firm was an expert in Real Estate and did for many Years Imminent domain cases. (Imminent domain: When government takes private real property).
This documents shows clearly it was the Homestead of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, but also Daniel had sent a letter to Milner and Samantha Lowry before this Trial took place on or around August 10, 2007, to give it to the Judge and it explained everything in detail of the “events” as well as it was his homestead. Therefore, these firms knew perfectly what they were doing was illegal, what is worst, they even attempted to sale it as well.
But also, this is a NON married couple and Samantha who was illegal in the United Sates did not even live in the Homestead of Daniel Pavon Cuellar.
Samantha moved to Austin, Texas on September of 2006, not even a year….
