BRIEF OF EVENTS:

This site will exhibit the evidence on how people working within the legal system of Texas took all property and assets from a family by the fraudulent use of Law, IN A TRUE CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS and with influences that extend to Tony Blair and United Kingdom Parliament Members, Police and Judges in Texas.
All started by an illegal alien in the United States named Samantha Jennifer  Lowry who claimed to be part of a mob with indomitability. Sebastian Pavon Cuellar was used by this “Mob” and by her own mother for profit.
At the birth of Sebastian Pavon Cuellar on March 29, 2007, Samantha Lowry claimed she did not wanted her own son and not even to carry her last name, but, Samantha only said his name had to start with a “J” or and “S”(This is important since most of the people involved in this fraud, their name start with either a “J” or an “S”; we are unaware if they are a sect or who they are) so instead of been called Sebastian Pavon Lowry, Daniel  Pavon Cuellar named his son,  Sebastian Pavon Cuellar.
The parents  of Samantha Lowry; Susan Gail Lowry and John Auriol Lowry stayed in the house of Daniel Pavon for nearly 6 weeks during the time of the birth of Sebastian. Shortly after their departure on or around April 26, 2007, Samantha became hateful against Daniel for no reason. He though it was a postpartum depression, he did not know a fraud against him and his family had already started.
Samantha Lowry started to use Sebastian to upset Daniel, including taking showers with him at only one month old, sleeping in the same bed and even saying she hit him by accident at night, but also refusing to give him any medical attention, Sebastian last visit to the doctor was on April 16, even when Sebastian had two balls in his neck that bothered him to the touch  and refusing to give Sebastian his vaccines, even when the doctors said it was a deadly risk and the problems Sebastian will have in school, since many schools required the child to have all vaccines.
Daniel Pavon did not know Samantha Lowry and her family had started the Fraud since at least January of 2007, even before the wedding was set on February 10, 2007 to take place on September 1, 2007. (we will add some evidence within the site that may actually prove the fraud started since at least April of 2006, not yet release since is a murder and fraud investigation)
Samantha Lowry moves out of Daniel homestead on or around May 16, 2007 with threats she will take Sebastian to the United Kingdom since Samantha Lowry could not cope with Sebastian and her mother Susan Lowry has a child nursery named “Hillsborough” in Bishopstone, Swindon. Wiltshire. SN6 8PW and for the nursery to take care of Sebastian. Daniel refused.
During that week, Samantha Lowry claimed she wanted to marry Daniel, but she needed time, Daniel agreed and said he will leave to Mexico for a while.
(May 25, 2007 is the most important date and will be covered in detail within the website)
Daniel Left with Sebastian to Mexico on May 25, 2007 and Samantha Lowry was to arrive on May 28, 2007. Daniel even give Samantha Lowry $2000 for her travel plans and to take a little trip to the beach the three of them. At that time they were no custody orders, no signed agreements no warrants, simply nothing. Both parents had equal rights.
Samantha Lowry postponed her trip several times, claiming she fell ill. Susan Lowry called Daniel saying this.
Because Daniel Had to return to the United States since he left his car in a parking lot in Laredo and also had to attempt a closing of a property in Austin, Texas. Daniel started to request for their Travel documents (Daniel and Sebastian) from Samantha Lowry, but she was either evasive or refuse to send them and Samantha kept postponing her trip to Mexico.
Because the Lowry Family started with threats against Daniel parents, Daniel and Sebastian went to Laredo on or around June 3, 2007, and Samantha Lowry was to SEND WITH ANYONE their travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian to enter the United States, but nobody showed up and Daniel and Sebastian had to return to Mexico. (Without Daniel knowledge at the time, the FBI and Police had taken the case and also claimed Sebastian could die in 48 to 72 hours by been allergic to all types of formula, but…neither FBI or POLICE showed up at Laredo…)WHY NOT?
Once they comeback, Daniel receives a Blank suit of JOINT CUSTODY, not filed and Samantha claiming she used the rest of the $2000 for this purpose, Daniel kept asking for his travel documents and the ones of his son to return to the United States, but Samantha refused.
The threats against Daniel parents by the Lowry Family increased and even deadly threats started against them,  Daniel and Sebastian were forced to leave Daniel parents home around June 6, 2007 especially since the mother of Daniel had a heart condition, Samantha Lowry and her attorneys as well as Andrew Westbrook knew this.

But the truth was:

Without Daniel knowledge at that time:
The Lowry family started the fraud since at least January of 2007. (possibly since the beginning of the relationship)
Samantha Lowry boyfriend Tristan Nind arrived to Mexico City (and apparently to Austin on May 25) with Samantha´s brother; Joseph Lowry on May 28, 2007, they did not  look for Daniel, they did not bring their travel documents, they did not even ring the door, instead they started to do the same, attempting to press charges against Daniel in Mexico.
As soon as the Lowry Family knows Daniel left his parents home and the Lowry Family knowing the mother of Daniel had a heart condition; the Lowry family starts physical violence against them as well, now throwing rocks against Daniel Parents Guadalupe and Raul (around 70 and 80 years of Age) each time they will step out of their home. Scarlett Lowry (Sister of Samantha) was part of this “Murder attempts” until Guadalupe and Raul were forced to leave their home by their deteriorated health, especially after the mother of Daniel becoming seriously ill by the actions of the Lowry Family.

Since Daniel had already left, at this time Daniel lost contact with his parents.
Police detective Andrew Westbrook (”friend” of Samantha since at least October of 2006) knew Daniel Pavon had not committed any crime, even when police knew Daniel was in Mexico with Sebastian, since no court orders or signed agreements were in place, then Andrew Westbrook starts to set “warrants for anything”, Westbrook is able to obtain one state warrant and one federal warrant, both been False but based on his 18 perjuries affidavit on only 3 pages and manipulation to FBI and DaLaru Woody. Andrew Westbrook changed even the testimonies of other officers to a very sick and perverse way.
The First Warrant for Child Endangerment issued on May 30, and we will prove how false it is, the second false warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was filed on June 8, 2007 even when Daniel was doing everything to return to the United States and in fact Samantha had no restrictions or conditions to go to Mexico, but also Daniel and Sebastian could not return to the United States since Samantha refused to send them their travel documents to be able to do so. Proves how False is the Parental Kidnapping, furthermore, the Milner Firm made sure Daniel stop his attempts to return and also proved there true intentions claiming Daniel had the warrant on June 8, but Jami Milner Turner was just making time, while they will get the real (False) warrant issued on June 18, 2007, which also we will prove more in detail how false it is.
The scary part is the involvement of the FBI, and we wonder if certain agents also worked in concert in this fraud, or if in fact the evidence was withheld from them by Westbrook, (you decide with the evidence presented to you) but if it was withheld, the Lowry Family, Westbrook, and attorneys committed this serious crime. Why they did not aloud Daniel or help Daniel and Sebastian to return to the United States? Did they know? especially if they claimed Sebastian could die in 48 to 72 hours by been allergic to all types of formula! because if they knew, then they also knew the Parental kidnapping was False!
Samantha Lowry hires the Milner firm 4 Day after Daniel left with Sebastian to Mexico on May 29, 2007, the Parents of Samantha are part of the contract on a “family issue” (The Fraud) The Milner Firm starts the false pleading with fraud and deception for custody on May 30, 2007 and been 5 days after Daniel was in Mexico with Sebastian and awaiting for Samantha Lowry to arrive to Mexico on May 28.
Because of their influence, the order gets granted in around 20 minutes, such false pleadings claiming Sebastian is in Austin, Texas with risk of international abduction and to forbid Daniel on obtaining travel documents for his son, but Milner Firm and Samantha Lowry well knew Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico already as of that date, but for the true purpose to make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States. Their plan was obvious, to take all assets of Daniel and his family
The attorney firms and Samantha keeps the suit secret.
Since Samantha Lowry kept postponing her trip, and Daniel had to return to work, Daniel kept asking for Sebastian and his travel documents to return to the United States.
Samantha Lowry refused but admitted having them the Milner firm placed restriction for Daniel to obtain travel documents for Sebastian, to make impossible their return to the United States, Jeremy Morley starts with his influence to obtain more influences and also Samantha Lowry and 8 people takes possession of Daniel Homestead,(Trespass) even if Daniel placed trespassing charges, Andrew Westbrook ignores them and intercepts all charges and reports from Daniel to prevent any investigation (Up to date). Then the Milner firm obtains an order to give full possession to Samantha Lowry of the homestead of Daniel, even if they know she did not live there and actually broke in through a window (Family violence, criminal mischief, and trespass in front of two police officers, Police as witness to aloud crimes) the order even grants possession to Samantha Lowry of all of Daniel  personal possessions including documents, (Crimes granted by Judges, in this case was Gus Strauss, same Judge who grants the 35 Million fraud) that way, Daniel will have no possible way to access any of his documents, not even to send someone to obtain old travel documents or other documents needed for him to obtain NEW travel documents to return to the United States, but also making impossible for Daniel to obtain any documents for court. (Seized by fraud) But once in their possession and to not have disclosed not even Daniel taxes, the attorney firms and Samantha Lowry committed several crimes.
But their purpose of the “MOB” was that Daniel could not return with Sebastian, would not be heard and could not even be present in court and with the false warrants, will not even received help from the Law Enforcement.
The attorney firm now with influence reaching Tony Blair and with full consular support by the British consulates, they start a true “terrorism” as distraction, while now working all in concert:
Samantha Lowry, her fraudulent attorneys: Jeremy Morley International Family Law firm based in New York, Bratton and Bratton firm (Austin, Texas), Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm (Austin, Texas), the Milner Firm (Austin, Texas) and her Friend Andrew Westbrook. Work all in concert and they start a Secret suit out of Jurisdiction against Daniel Parents, but claiming by fraud and deception all events happened in Travis county (Austin, Texas), to obtain illegally jurisdiction in Texas , when in fact, nothing happened in Travis County, and not even the parents of Daniel were at anytime in the Inted States during any of the allege events, but also, Daniel left to Mexico without committing any crime as per police statements, no abduction, no crime, no interference with custody since there were no custody orders or signed agreement of custody. But with such false pleadings these "MOB" will obtain by fraud and deception illegal judgements that will profit them millions of dollars, real estate, 1732 Fine Art Paintings, around Half a Million in attorneys fees, payments of $4117 a month and much more.
Since the attorneys firms, Andrew Westbrook and Lowry family knew Daniel had no possible way to return to the United States, they all started with endless perjuries (we be proven in this site) all types of crimes and the theft begins.
At the same time, Joseph Lowry, Tristan Nind and a so call “Pete” they were monitoring the house of Daniel Parents 24 hours a day to keep it vacant.
Then on Newspapers in England appear raids against Daniel Parents home, but was in fact a huge theft, and documents stolen from Guadalupe and Raul home appeared in Travis count court and given by the Lowry Attorney firms and Lowry Family, there is no legal record in Mexico of such raids.
Although the attorneys of Samantha Lowry and the Lowry family knew were the parents of Daniel were and also been the last known address, they keep it secret, the attorneys keep it secret from the court, from constables, from banks and even Milner commits another perjury to keep it secret, that way, they could take all their assets without the victims knowing anything.
Daniel hires attorneys, but no help (this will be a whole section how these attorneys set up Daniel as well) but one of them said; Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm has a lot of influence since they defend people within the government who commits crimes. (This case becomes a lot more serious to know this, and to se the "modus operandi" of these firms).
The attorneys continue with a fraud that is beyond believe, the attorneys give Samantha Lowry the contact of the “doctor psychologist”  who will later testify in court to obtain millions by claiming false mental anguish and false distress,(since after all as you seen the evidence, the Lowry Family, Samantha Lowry, her frauduelnt attorneys and Westbrook did all to make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States to take all the assets of Pavon Cuellar family by fraud)  this doctor called "George Parker" claims to testify in court often, imagine this “MOB”of attorneys, they recommend to their clients even the Psychologist who would later  testify in court; lies…to obtain millions in illegal profits.
Also they contact Mike Techow a process server, to claim a service that never took place, but with the perjury of Mike Techow; ON AUGUST 22, 2007 they get Granted 35 million dollars Judgment against the victims Raul, Guadalupe and Daniel, (and out of jurisdiction) this Fraud was granted without evidence of their claims and by Judge Gus Strauss... In fact, the evidence showed their fraud in detail. (all exhibits will be published in this site and all will be used against them) this Decree been against U.S Constitution, against Human rights, against Civil Rights, out of Jurisdiction and without Due Process. A Frivolous Fraud.
Also on AUGUST 13, 2007 with only 18 exhibits presented (already published) Judge John Dietz granted the most ridiculous of all Judgements, taking all the rights from Daniel as a father, taking Sebastian children rights and even given a child support to Samantha Lowry of $ 4117 a month ,(without proof of income as required by law, not even documents to justify the whole amount! or why to exceed Texas Limits on child support (apparently $1200 a month)) also the Homestead of Daniel with all his possessions and personal property,(Against the Constitution and against the law) also around 500 pieces of the remaining   1732 Original Fine Art Paintings (Also against the law), which 1200 of them the Lowry Family claim to have burned. Also with both suits they grant around half a million dollars in attorneys fees for a 2 and a half court proceedings without contest. The Fraudulent firms Bratton and Bratton firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm and the Milner Firm, not only they do not include bills for the total amount, they include the same bills for both cases. (Another crime)

Judge John K Dietz even grants a “Ransom” of $ 300000 dollars (twice as much of what the attorneys firms ask for!) against Daniel if he will ever want to see his son, among other things. Daniel will not be allowed to see his son, not even to know where he is!  This Granted crime, kidnapping and theft against the law, against U.S constitution, against Civil rights, against Human rights, against Children Rights, against International Treaties, against Texas Constitution and without Due Process, even without service is granted by Judge John K Dietz. Without any evidence of their claims, in fact, in the 18 Exhibits presented to Judge John Dietz by these firms and been so few and so easy to read, it showed the fraud these firms were making. Judge John K Dietz has been in Austin Texas for a very long time, but also could explain why  Bratton and Bratton firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm and the Milner Firm always objected to other Judges to take the case. There favorites were Judge John K Dietz and Judge Gus Strauss who signed several orders during the case.
And all of this to an illegal alien who was an ex girlfriend, who were never married, who did not even lived in the homestead of Daniel (Daniel bought his home in 1997) Samantha Lowry moved to Austin on September of 2006 with two baggages! and to Daniel, a Texas Taxpayer who´s income for 2006 was of only $ 18000 and without the opportunity to be hear or be present in court! Without Due Process, they not only take absolutely everything from him, force to do monthly payments that not even Daniel had made that amount in his whole life, but also they even take all his personal property and his rights and privileges. And not even to know where his son is! WOW! Crimes granted by Judges!
But with this Family Code by itself, but also with other Texas codes, U.S. constitution, International treaties and the evidence you have already seen, nullifies the illegally obtained custody decree and Frivolous suits. But also there is enough evidence in this site to sent this mobsters to jail. But With a deadly threat against Daniel by police: Andrew Westbrook and still Samantha Lowry having possession of all of Daniel Personal documents, Daniel cannot return, more when even Police and FBI refuse to give protection to Daniel and with other deadly threats if he returns to the United States.
Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm is the one who contracted the services of the Milner Firm and Bratton and Bratton firm, becoming responsible for their actions and fraud, but also members of Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm were part of all these illegal proceedings.
Once they won the suits, they keep them secret, and immediately take possession of bank accounts and started an auction of properties; such properties come out in the news papers for auction, but not in the list of the court for properties for auction as they suppose to, the Lowry Family claimed to have had the buyer. (This fraud extends deep in the legal system!)
Since Daniel had no Due Process, Samantha Lowry kept the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian, then Samantha Lowry and Daniel Pavon reached an agreement on or around September 21, 2007 to start everything from the beginning. ( Daniel now found the reason was, because the appeal time for the judgement of one month expired on that day)
Once Samantha Lowry passed the agreement to her attorneys, Samantha Lowry starts to sabotage the agreement, (the reason was the contract she signed, but also that she would lose the money) nevertheless, around Mid November Samantha Lowry and Daniel Pavon finally reach an agreement. The agreement is then reviewed and AGREED by all attorneys in both sides (becoming also an attorney agreement) on a meeting that took place on November 28, 2007 at the offices of Mark Ray Hernandez (Hernandez and Simpson LLC Austin, Texas) and signed and executed on December 3, 2007. In Mexico City In Front of the United States Consul, United Kingdom Consul, Director of Family issues of the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores in Mexico, with a Mexican notary Public, also notarized in the British Embassy and U.S. Embassy to give it full validity in all the countries involved. The Travel documents of Sebastian remained at the U.S Embassy and could only be picked up by the signatures and in presence of both parents, the Consul Scott K Cecil signed and took the legal responsibility for the enforcement of  the agreement. During this meeting, Samantha Lowry requested a DNA of Sebastian, and since Samantha Lowry found to be pregnant in England on August of 2006, Daniel realize that Sebastian may not be his son,  but Samantha Lowry Kidnapped Sebastian the same day. Cecil K Scott has not answer our calls in regards to the enforcement of such agreement.

Then the parents of Daniel found about the judgment against them, they immediately filed a suit against Samantha Lowry, and especially, not only by been a frivolous suit, they had nothing to do with Daniel actions since he is 40 years old,  but also out of jurisdiction and without notice.
Guadalupe and Raul were scheduled to attempt the first hearing and give their deposition on January of 2008, but the doctor of Guadalupe forbid such trip; by the risk to her already poor health. Nevertheless, they are forced to attempt such hearing and deposition.
Raul brings with him the evidence of the fraud and gives it to their attorney. All of the sudden their deposition and the court hearing are cancelled for no reason. Raul and Guadalupe return to Mexico on January 26, 2008 on a totally wasted trip and in Less than two weeks, on February 8, 2008 Raul Pavon (79 years of age. A prominent engineer and inventor of electronic equipment ) gets MURDERED, yes, MURDERED on front of his wife Guadalupe. Raul and Guadalupe were married for 49 years, they were to celebrate their gold wedding anniversary that year.
Immediately Guadalupe and Daniel receive  deadly threats if they would go to the United States. Important to say, Raul pavon had already filed with police in Mexico a report on the Murder attempts of the Lowry Family against him and his wife.
On February 12, 2008 and only 4 days after the murder, Joe D Milner ask for the documents from the court reporter, same that were been used against him on the documents Raul Pavon brought to his attorney, and Joe D Milner starts the removal of such documents from court. The scary part is that apparently one of the attorneys of the Pavon Cuellar give the evidence to Milner, (this will be covered in a whole section) and such documents were also withheld from the court by their own attorney, this also been a crime.
Only days after, they auction a property of 20 acres (adjoining commercial property in two sides) of Raul Pavon on April 1, 2008, without any notice to Guadalupe (Became the legal owner).
Jeremy Morley International Family Law firm based in New York, Bratton and Bratton firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins Firm, the Milner Firm , the Lowry Family and Andrew Westbrook not only they were the only ones with a motive; they were about to lose all their illegal "profits" Raul Pavon was also the owner of Daniel Homestead and 1732 Paintings (such deed was also on Daniel homestead but the attorneys and Lowry family withheld such records from the court) but also they were facing criminal charges and a true suit for loses and damages in the millions, imagine, raids to their home, murder attempts, empty their bank account without notice, frivolous suits, witholding the last known address to keep the suits secret, not even attempting service by International treaties like the Hague Convention (having a Hague concention expert: Jeremy Morley) endless perjuries and more, but especially knowing what Raul Pavon had in evidence against them.

Their fraud continues…
Daniel has filed several reports against these criminals for several crimes committed against him and within the jurisdition of  the United States, and been the jurisdiction of Texas (since all those crimes were committed in Travis County),  including kidnapping, theft, destruction of private property, trespassing, fraud, criminal mischief, perjuries, conspiracy against rights, and many others, but when Daniel has called the FBI, FBI transfers Daniel to the Austin Police Department, then the Austin Police Department transfers Daniel to Andrew Westbrook who up to date, Andrew Westbrook simply ignores all reports.
Currently Daniel has hired Lisa Goddard, attorney in Texas, but Lisa has said to Daniel that the Milner firm refuses to answer her calls, and FBI has not replied. We will let you know the development of the case.
Also Daniel filed a complaint with Internal Affairs of the Austin Police department against Andrew Westbrook and also sent the evidence contained in this site plus a lot more to U.S. Attorney Anthony Brown,  FBI agent in Charge for San Antonio Office Ralph Diaz, United States Attorney Johnny Sutton, FBI Washington along others.
U.S. Attorney Anthony Brown was the one who issued the False Parental Kidnapping (Most likely based on the false information and perjuries of Andrew Westbrook) but also we believe important that U.S. Attorney Anthony Brown to have the evidence for the immediate removal of the false warrants against Daniel, for his immediate protection that has been denied, and to start a deep investigation of this "Mob"  especially after the harm caused to Daniel and his family by actions from people within the Legal system and Police of Austin Texas.

Meg Munn and Anne Snelgrove, but also to the British Goverment since it reached Tony Blair to give Full consular support to these criminals to get away with this fraud. we are awaiting your response and your help, to bring Justice to this case, Especially Meg Munn, who is strong in Human Rights and who even went to Mexico aiding the Lowry Family. I hope Honorable Meg Munn can clearly see within this site, she was used and manipulated, the same way Sebastian was, FBI, Interpol, Tony Blair, and many others.
Meg Munn, this case has resulted in fraud, theft, murder of Raul Pavon, and Kidnapping of Sebastian. Meg Munn and Anne Snelgrove, we ask for your help, to Help the Pavon Cuellar family get justice in this case and Sebastian to be returned to Mexico.
Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores is asking for the return of Sebastian to Mexico.  Samantha Lowry Kidnapped Sebastian since December 3, 2007. Daniel does not know anything of his son since then. And important to say, Joseph Lowry also known as Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry) was accused of Child abuse to a minor child between the years of 2003 and 2005.
Sebastian life is at risk.
